Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Payments for Premium are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Refund requests are handled by us together with Paddle under this policy and applicable consumer law.
14-day right for consumers
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because Premium is digital content supplied immediately, by completing the purchase you consent to immediate access; if you have made substantial use of Premium during those 14 days we may take that into account as permitted by law.
Subscription renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable for simply forgetting to cancel, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time after cancellation — your access continues to the end of the paid period. If a renewal was charged in error (for example you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged), contact us and we will put it right.
Faults and mistakes
If Premium does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, you are entitled to a refund.
How to request
Email support@learnify.app from the address used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email, quoting the order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
