1. Who we are

The Service at lifeintheuktestonline.com is operated by Learnify Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Learnify"), a company registered in Türkiye. Contact: support@learnify.app.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an independent revision tool for the Life in the UK test, based on the publicly available official handbook. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Home Office, UKVI or any government body. You can only book the official test at gov.uk/life-in-the-uk-test. We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the official test.

3. Free and Premium access

Parts of the Service are free. Premium unlocks all practice tests, the full study guide and related features. Premium is offered as:

• Weekly subscription — renews automatically every week until cancelled;
• Monthly subscription — renews automatically every month until cancelled;
• Lifetime — a one-time payment for ongoing access to the current Service.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply.

4. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting support@learnify.app; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Access without an account

Premium is activated on your device with an unlock code (or activation link) issued after purchase. Keep your receipt email — it is your proof of purchase and the way to restore access on another device. Your study progress is stored locally on your device and is not transferred between devices.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the Service or its content, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and question explanations, is owned by Learnify or its licensors. Crown copyright material is reproduced under the terms of the Open Government Licence where applicable.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failure to pass the official test. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Learnify's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, the updated terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
